How Childhood & Parenting Shape Adult Beliefs and Behaviors
Our core beliefs and behavioral patterns are largely shaped before birth and during early childhood. Research suggests that about 50% of these beliefs form in the womb, with the rest developing in the first seven years of life. Many of our struggles stem from subconscious conditioning absorbed during this time. Through therapeutic techniques like hypnosis, individuals can access deep-seated memories from the womb and early childhood, uncovering the origins of their beliefs. Recognizing these early influences allows us to challenge and reshape them, fostering personal growth and transformation.
