Meal planning is a must in maintaining balanced blood sugar levels. We’ve all been hangry at some point and it’s much easier to eat a balanced meal or snack if you’ve meal prepped ahead of time. Don’t skip meals, do not go too long in between meals, have nutrient dense snacks in between meals, incorporate a balanced mix of macronutrients (proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates) in each meal, and prioritize fiber-rich foods

It’s always going over sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. Supplements won’t be all that helpful if your diet isn’t balanced. However that doesn’t mean supplements aren’t helpful in some cases. I know if you have no plans to get pregnant you’re probably like well my blood sugar and ovulation really don’t matter but that’s not true. Even though you might not be currently focused on pregnancy, maintaining balanced blood sugar levels is beneficial for regular ovulation. Regular ovulation is a sign of good health and hormonal balance. Not ovulating regularly can lead to health issues like decreased **bone density**. So whether or not pregnancy is something you want, balancing your blood sugar & ovulation should still be a priority for you.
